The Estimated Completion Date is the date CGC have provided that they believe the order will be completed by. It is not guaranteed and is an estimate only.
This table details the status of all of our submissions currently with us or at CGC. To find the status of your cards at CGC, simply type your name into the search filter! Note that if you selected to not have your name visible on the Simple Submission Form, it will not be searchable.

The 'Current Status' column consists of the following 8 stages:
- Received — Your cards have arrived with us and been logged, but haven't been sent to CGC yet.
- In Transit to CGC — Your cards have been shipped to CGC and are on their way / awaiting check-in at CGC
- Order Prep — CGC has received the order and is preparing it for grading.
- Research & ID — CGC is researching and identifying each card in the order.
- Grading — The cards are being graded by CGC's graders.
- Assembly — Graded cards are being encapsulated and the order is being assembled.
- QA Checks — CGC is carrying out final quality-assurance checks on the order.
- Awaiting Accounting Release — Grading is complete and the grades are ready; the order is held by CGC awaiting release before it ships back. (typically ~20 business days to completion)
- In Transit from CGC to Australia — The completed order has shipped from CGC and is on its way back to Australia. (typically ~10 business days)
- Invoiced — An invoice has been raised for your order and is awaiting payment.
