CGC Grading Submissions
While PSA's Value Bulk submissions are paused, we're offering a value grading option through CGC — one flat tier at $40 AUD per card, covering sport, non-sport and TCG.
One tier, for now
At this stage we're offering a single CGC tier. We will not be offering autograph grading or other value tiers through CGC — those services continue to be available through PSA. Check back here for changes.
CGC grading prices
One flat tier. The fee is in AUD and includes CGC fees, freight both ways, insurance, GST and duties.

Processing times are estimates, change regularly and are not guaranteed. They start only once CGC registers your order in their system, and exclude freight time to and from CGC. Business days, not calendar days — 20 business days is roughly 4 weeks.
2026 submission due dates
Get your cards to us by the submission due date to be included in that month's shipment. If you're using a cleaning service, work to the earlier cleaning date.

Where to send your cards
Use the address that matches how you're shipping. It is your responsibility to make sure the cards arrive safely — we strongly recommend signature on delivery and insurance.

How to prepare your cards
- Each card in a penny sleeve, then a Card Saver (or top loader).
- Package the parcel securely so the cards are protected on the way to us.
- Use clean holders. Presentation sets the tone for the grader, so no old, dirty or sticky top loaders.
Complete your submission form
CGC Submission Form
Enter the number of cards you're sending and agree to the terms and conditions. That's it — we handle the detailed paperwork and enter everything into the CGC portal for you.
What happens after we receive your cards

Logged and photographed
Every card is photographed and logged into a consolidated submission spreadsheet under your name, sorted into submission groups and entered into the CGC online portal.

Packed and shipped to CGC
Once the month's submissions are in and entered, everything is securely packed and sent via FedEx International Priority with full insurance (third-party policy).

CGC inwards processing
The grading clock only starts once CGC registers the order in their system. Processing estimates are in business days — 20 days is about 4 weeks.

Graded and returned
When grading is complete, CGC returns the submission to us via FedEx International Priority.

Sorted and invoiced
We sort each returned package and send out invoices. Cards are not shipped back until your invoice is paid. If payment isn't made within 5 business days and no other arrangement has been made, we may begin cost recovery as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

At invoicing you choose your return postage type (regular or express) and how much insurance cover you want.

Card appraisal & grading preparation
Contact Ben Cundari @ Card Cleaning Australia if you'd like your cards appraised and/or prepared before grading. When he's finished, he delivers the cards to us in time for the submission.
Clean only
$6 per card
Surface cleaning, fingerprint removal and attempts at minor blemishes.
Best for: a quick refresh before grading or display.
You get: confirmation once cleaning is complete.
Clean + photo
$8 per card
Full clean, plus notification of any major issues that could affect the grade.
Best for: knowing about grade-impacting problems early.
You get: before/after photos and notes on major defects.
Clean + review
$15 per card
Comprehensive clean plus a detailed condition review of corners, surfaces, centring and imperfections.
Best for: a professional assessment before you commit to grading.
You get: a detailed PDF condition report.
Card Cleaning Australia is an independent business and is not affiliated with us. Please insure and package cards appropriately when sending them to Ben, and direct all questions about that service to him.
Good to know before you submit
How should I value my cards?
The final grading fee is based on the grade CGC gives the card, so a high grade can push a card into a more expensive category. Use the most recent raw sale price as the minimum declared value — 130 Point is an excellent resource for recent eBay sales.
If CGC grades a card a 10 and it jumps in value (say 90 USD to 400 USD, or 600 USD to 2000 USD), you'll be charged the fee that best matches the correct category. If your card is upcharged, the fee passed to you reflects the amount we are charged. We can provide evidence on request if it happens.
What does my declared value cover?
The value declared on your submission form is the maximum you can be paid if cards are lost or damaged in transit from us to CGC, during grading, or on the return trip to us.
How accurate are the turnaround times?
They're current estimates, they change regularly and they are not guaranteed. They don't include shipping time from us to CGC or the return leg before we post to you.
When do I pay?
The grading fee plus return postage is invoiced when your cards arrive back with us. Cards ship back to you once that invoice is paid.
