Every grading submission needs a form. Find the right one below — whether you're submitting to PSA or CGC, seasoned pro or first-timer, The Hobby has your back in getting your collectables slabbed and graded with ease.
PSA Submission Forms
Two options, depending on how much of the paperwork you want to do yourself. Both end up in the same place — pick whichever suits.
Simple Submission Form
An online form — enter how many cards you're sending and agree to the terms. We compile the detailed form for you before your cards go to PSA.

- Best if it's your first submission
Detailed Submission Form
Download the template, enter every card you're sending, then email the completed file to grading@thehobby.com.au.
- You enter each card yourself
- Excel or Word — same template, pick your format
- Best if you submit regularly

Enter every card you intend to send into the template, then email a copy of the completed file to grading@thehobby.com.au. We can't process your submission until we have it.
CGC Submission Form
One form covers CGC. There's no spreadsheet to download — we handle the detailed paperwork and enter everything into the CGC portal for you.

An online form — enter the number of cards you're sending and agree to the terms and conditions. That's the whole step.

What CGC covers
We currently offer a single CGC tier — sport, non-sport and TCG with a graded value under $1000 USD.
- One flat tier, no value categories to choose between
- No detailed template to fill in
Autograph grading and the other value tiers aren't offered through CGC — those services continue through PSA, using the forms above.
How to fill out the PSA detailed form
One row per card. Below are three filled-in examples covering a standard card, a card + autograph submission, and a higher-value card. The Simple and CGC forms are completed online and don't need this.

Value (USD) is the card’s value before grading — use the most recent raw sale price. Grading Category is the tier that value falls into: C for card-only, CGAG for card + autograph. Bundle your cards by category and list them in the same order as your form.
