Grading Paperwork Preparation Support

Please Note: Card condition review, assessment and cleaning is not offered as part of this service and will not be provided during these appointments. Please contact Ben Cundari @ Card Cleaning Australia if you wish to have your cards cleaned and appraised prior to submission.

This service incurs a fee which varies depending on the person your want to assist you. This is to ensure we can provide you with quality service and dedicate time to ensuring your submission goes as smoothly as possible. The price is per 30 minute window and includes the following support services:

  • Grading paperwork preparation.
  • Guidance on which cards to submit to which company and/or grading category.
  • Organisation of cards to match submission paperwork.

Grading Pickup

Only available for items that have returned from grading. Before booking this service please ensure you have paid your invoice and have confirmed the items are available for pickup by emailing grading@thehobby.com.au. Items will not be returned if the invoice is not paid in full.

Grading Drop Off

Please ensure you book a drop off appointment using the booking tool below. When you bring your cards for drop off please ensure the following has been completed:

  • Emailed through am electronic copy (MS Word or Excel file, no scans or hand written forms please) of the relevant (e.g. PSA, BGS or SGC) Grading Form. Grading Submission Forms can be found here
  • Packaged your items securely in a sealed envelope or box. We will not accept loose items or open boxes etc. as they may need to be stored until our staff can process them.

Consignment Drop Off

If you wish to drop off items for any of our Consignment Services please select this option from the booking form below. Before dropping off your items please ensure you have completed the following tasks:

  1. Emailed through a signed copy of the eBay Consignment Form or digitally signed the Goldin Auctions Consignment Agreement. If you need a Goldin Auctions Consignment Agreement sent to you please email us
  2. Packaged your items securely in a sealed envelope or box. We will not accept loose items or open boxes etc. as they may need to be stored until our staff can process them.
